  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • A 500 PKR advance payment is required to confirm all COD orders.

  • Orders are dispatched only after advance payment confirmation.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled after advance payment are not eligible for refund.

  • Orders may be cancelled if:

    • Customer does not respond for confirmation

    • Advance payment is not received within the given time

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays.

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or refusal will result in non-refundable advance payment.

  • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products, subject to verification.

  • Used or opened perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
