At AK ALLURE, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.


📦 Order Processing & Confirmation

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a 500 PKR advance payment for confirmation.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched only after advance payment confirmation via WhatsApp.

  • Orders without confirmation may be cancelled automatically.


🚛 Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Remote locations

    • Courier delays

    • Public holidays


🇵🇰 Shipping Coverage

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • Free delivery is available on all confirmed orders.


📍 Courier Partner

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe handling and timely delivery.

  • Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.


💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • Remaining amount (after advance) is payable in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready to avoid delays.


🔁 Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Customer not responding

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer refusing delivery

👉 The order will be returned, and the advance payment will not be refunded.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear pictures/video of the issue via WhatsApp.

  • Eligible cases will be handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
