At AK ALLURE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


💰 Advance Payment Policy

To confirm all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we require a 500 PKR advance payment.

  • This advance is used to confirm genuine orders and cover processing costs.

  • Orders are dispatched only after advance payment confirmation via WhatsApp.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled by the customer after advance payment are not eligible for refund.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch without advance payment are cancelled without any charges.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • ✔ Wrong product delivered

  • ✔ Damaged or leaked product upon delivery

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Customer must share clear pictures/video of the issue on WhatsApp.

📌 If approved, we will arrange an exchange.


🚫 No Refund / Exchange in These Cases

  • ❌ Change of mind after order confirmation

  • ❌ Used or opened perfume

  • ❌ Minor packaging damage (outer box)

  • ❌ Delays caused by courier or customer unavailability


💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only applicable if an exchange is not possible.

  • Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Advance payment is non-refundable.


📦 Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer not responding

  • Customer refusing delivery

  • Incorrect address provided

👉 The advance payment will not be refunded.
